After a bomb threat, a Moscow-Goa flight with 244 passengers lands in Gujarat.

The plane is in an isolation bay, and an inquiry is ongoing.
Officials stated on Monday that a chartered flight from Moscow to Goa carrying 244 passengers was diverted to Gujarat’s Jamnagar after the Goa air traffic controller received a bomb threat.
“All 236 passengers and crew members (8) were evacuated safely, and the plane is being investigated by local authorities, police, and the Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad,” said Inspector General of Police Ashok Kumar Yadav (Rajkot and Jamnagar Range).
According to Jamnagar airport officials, the aircraft is in an isolation bay. “Due to a bomb threat, the plane flying from Moscow to Goa was forced to make an emergency landing at Jamnagar airport. After the landing, all 236 crew and passengers members disembarked safely.” The entire area is presently being searched by police, BDDS, and municipal officials.
The Indian authorities notified the Embassy about the purported bomb threat aboard the Azur Air trip from Moscow to Goa. The plane made an emergency landing at the Indian Air Force Base in Jamnagar. The jet successfully landed at Jamnagar (defence) airport at 9:49 p.m., according to the airport director.
He stated that all passengers had disembarked. Meanwhile, a Goa Police officer stated that the flight from Moscow was scheduled to land at the Dabolim airport. As a precaution, Goa Police has increased security around the Dabolim airport, he added.
